You will be asked to read a short passage and perform a variety of simple vocal exercises. Breath support, pitch quality, volume and range/flexibility of your voice will be assessed from these tasks. Information is gathered by discussing the Assessment results and you will be provided with some exercises to take home to begin working on. A follow-up appointment after the initial assessment session is usually required. Follow-up session(s) are important to determine whether the treatment recommendations are working for you and further exercises and treatment will be provided as required.
